Tattoos on dolls...

How many of your dolls has tattoo's on his/her body? Post piccies if you have any, I wanna see! =D

Anyways, here are mine:

^ Charlotte and her "slag tag"

^ Debbie's first ever tat, but y'all may have seen it before as she's had it a while...

^ But this is her latest tattoo. Tell me what you think

Dear Mao,

The tattoos look very cool, but when I put the Sailor Sweeties' tattoo on Chelsea's inner thigh, her leg just became all sticky, and such. What a mess!

Are there special kinds of tattoos that work really well, and should they be applied to certain areas of the body (Ie: Areas which are made from a specific type of vinyl...Ie: the back Vs. the legs...)?

Birdie, cool piccies!

Guys, all I did was bought some temporary tattoos, ya'know, the ones where you use a warm wet cloth to apply, and hold it on the tattoo for 30 seconds, etc. I bought a bumper pack from work

I'm gonna see if clear glue painted over the tattoo would prevent it from rubbing off.

I've never tried the tat's on the doll's legs yet, but I don't think it would stick coz their legs are usually a rubbery plastic. I bought a male Mulan doll today, and put a dragon tattoo on him

you could probably put varnish over the tats,like when you repaint.
it will stay on just as well.

I've used the rub off's that came with Flavas dolls. There are several rub off's that have been sold that work just as well

I'm using these, I get them from a local toy store.

"Apply with water, remove with baby oil or rubbing alcohol", it says on the sheets.

I never tried actual temporary tattoos on my dolls. I used nail art decals. I would think any kind of clearish sticker could be made into a tattoo for a doll.
