I tried doing the same thing but the big eyes and teeny noses & lips just didn't work for me. Aside from that, you could rebody them, but you'd also need to make the neck hole wider all around. If you want to know the best match Bratz-wise to MS, it's the Pixiez heads. Also MGA's storybook princesses are a
great match too.
I've used kid dolls in my rebodys. Valia was originally a "mermaid baby" doll knockoff. Lizbeth was also a knockoff of a kid doll, as was Danitra. With the right face paint and hair, they fit in to the MS world pretty easily. They may not have the sexy or haute looks of their counterparts, but they have their own style that makes them (IMO) just as much a part of MS.

I finally got around to putting Aly on my spare Chelsea body. Not a perfect match, but it works.

Thanx. The head works much better balanced on a bigger body.

I did a few body swaps today. * Shaggy is now on a Beach Glam Ken's body. * Rebelde Miguel is now on a spare HSM Troy body. Trying add more guys in my Skipper sized collection. * Troy is on Shaggy's weak old body.
