Rules? Rules!

By demand [and seriously, I thought we had a rules thread but apparently I think the crazy thoughts or it got eaten or... something]:

Avatars:
100 x 200. That's width x height. Do not abuse the avatars. People will beat you with sticks or plastic doll bits. Seriously. Content wise try to keep it somewhere in the PG-13 at absolute worst range. There are allegedly kids not to mention other people's sensibilities.

Sigs:
Likewise, try to keep your signatures from stretching the tables around the forum. It's rude and again, I'm thinking death by plastic might be involved.

Other Stuff:

- Try not to kill one another. You can disagree without tearing into one another at every turn. Debates are good, especially since the line is lacking in many parts of the world. That said, yeah, most people here are opinionated and occasionally people snap. It happens. But try to keep it at a minimum. It's no fun wading through the same old drama every day. If there's someone you absolutely cannot stand, try to ignore them whenever possible.

- If replying to a picture post, please do not quote the pictures unless absolutely necessary [links work just as well] and never the entire picture post if it's a long one. If nothing else, it'll kill your dial-up users, and they do still exist.

- Please respect that while you might loathe another doll line, some people are bound to be fans of it. You can dislike something without resorting to bashing it or the company/owner behind it. Think of the Bratz/MyScene Amazon wars for examples of what to avoid.

- If you've got a problem that you need/want my help on, PM me. It sets off bells and whistles and fireworks and is difficult to ignore.

Any other rules you think we need?

One about not quoting pictures would be good. Midnight's suggestion was to quote links, but not the actual pics. I think that works. (Though I still don't see the difficulty in simply reading back a few pages.)

Bashing other line/dolls and their maker company.
That's a bad thing in the past, however we're pretty good with that now.
You just never know, someone might just open up a can of stink fart later on.
