Thnx for the pix Den!
Boutique Street Madison is cute to me and I luv her outfit. Boutique Street Kennedy's dress is very Floral Fiesta, but I do luv her vest. They must be window shopping because they have no shopping bags. Still, I would buy Madison.
and
the Scooter line looks kinda wierd. Riding in heels? I hope she changes when she hits store shelves.

Both of the Kennedy dolls are cute but nothing special. I hope Mattel has something more exciting than these in store for us in 2009. Oh well, at least MS is continuing next year. That's something. And they don't look like they are being altered to reflect the new animation.

Thanks Den! I'm not fond of them as a whole but do like a few pieces.
Boutique Street Kennedy:
Her dress is okay. Not liking the re-used accessories and purse.
I give it a miss.
Boutique Street Madison:
I really like her top. Her makeup looks nice.
Again not fond of the re-used accessories and purse.
I'd pick her up if she's available locally for a good price.
Scooter Kennedy:
Not into the scooter. Never like their little vehicle thing.
Cute shoes, I liker her outfit. Makeup looks nicer than
the Boutique one. If she's sold without the scooter I'd buy
her as well. I probly end up buying her locally too if available.
Overall opinion: I like the fact that they've gone back to
fashionable sweet clothes rather than the blingy themed life
style. Although, like said earlier, they're getting too street.
I can naturally skip this line. If it never make it here I won't cry.

I like the Kennedy with the scooter. I initially though it was Delancey gone back to blonde because there's already a Kennedy at the beginning. I didn't realize that it was from another line at first. I guess staying up all night made me dizzy.

Thanks, Den, for sharing! I wouldn't mind Madison...and Kennedy-wise, Scooter gal is much better. I've always wanted that shoe mold. Her face looks REALLY pink, though.
so...mattel has given my scene lines where it'll appeal to little kids. it works better on them than on bratz.

Thanks for sharing these Emoboy! I like Kennedy in the scooter as for the other two, I'll have to see real pics!
LOL Fierce it's not only you who thought Kennedy on the scooter is Delancey. Tamago you may be right that she is fully articulated.

Dear My Scene Fans,
First of all, I'd like to thank Emoboy for the news!
Secondly, I'd like to share my opinion, with regards to the new My Scene waves:
BOTIQUE STREET: The name could be more unique, but having a Street Sweet wave AND a Botique Street wave isn't really so bad.
KENNEDY: In my personal opinion, Kennedy's outfit looks sickening! Those colors look putrid, and an outfit which could have been accented by the denim vest looks as though it's only "half-baked". Kennedy's hairstyle could have been original, but I like her makeup, because she looks very Retro 30s/ 40s/ 50s. She could be a pin-up girl.
MADISON: In my personal opinion, Madison's outfit doesn't look much better than Kennedy's outfit; those pink shorts just look babyish. I do, however, like the general look that the outfit seems to be portraying; the shorts themselves are cool, and I guess that the top isn't too bad. Madison's hairstyle could have been more original, too, but at least it utilizes the same part as the hairstyle which Natalie Wood wore during "West Side Story", and "Splendor in the Grass"! Could Botique Street Madison be the perfect Maria/ Deanie? Her makeup isn't that original, but that pink lip color won't make her look fake as Maria...
SCOOTER KENNEDY: My personal opinion about Scooter Kennedy involves the words "What the...", because I honestly can't decide what Mattel was thinking when they created Scooter Kennedy. I mean, here's this beautiful, if not slightly strange-looking girl, and she's riding the most babyishly PINK scooter, and she's wearing an outfit that doesn't match the scooter...WHATSOEVER! Someone call the Fashion Police!
Then,...there's the outfit itself. Kennedy looks far too interestingly pretty to be wearing that total trainwreck of an outfit! The top isn't TOO bad-looking, but those shorts (?) look like the short-shorts version of those very, very, very old-school pants that most of your great-grandfathers wore way back when; somewhere in time, an angry Newsie, or a Depression-era schoolboy is missing his pants, and worse yet, they've been...SHORTENED! Was Mattel really going for the "I'm in a pool, and there's water in my pants!" look when they designed Kennedy's outfit? The shoes look okay, but when they're touching that silly scooter, they look dreadful!
If I EVER look for Scooter Kennedy, I'll be chosing the prettiest example of her, because her face, and her hair, are her only truly redeeming features. Kennedy reminds me of...Nia!
I know that my opinions sound really, really, really negative; I swear that I wouldn't sound so negative about the new My Scene waves if the girls' outfits didn't look so grody!
Thanks in advance for your replies.

Dear kinno florentino,
I actually like all of the red that Kennedy is sporting. I am starting to think that the flowery portion of her dress isn't so bad. I just wish that the entire outfit looked better, because I think that Kennedy herself looks pretty.
Thanks in advance for your reply.

I like the Boutique Street clothes too. But I'd only want them for their clothes, since the faces, hair and shoes look recycled.
BTW I still think My Scene needs to add more characters....we got Nia....how about some twins, or BOYS????
